Commercial Cleaner /1 gal. container
Expose the original beauty of concrete decking when you clean with Commercial Cleaner. It is low in cost, simple to use and easy to store. Commercial Cleaner is the strongest cleaner you can safely use on your Kool Deck Elite, Keystone Kool Deck, Designer Colors, Marquee, Systex or Deck Paint.

How to use Commercial Cleaner
Cleaning is a 2 part process. Part 1 must always be followed by Part 2
Part 1 Mixture for heavily soiled or stained areas.
Combine: 1 cup cleaner 1 gallon water Instructions: First wet the stain and sucient area around it so that the cleaner does not come in contact with dry cement. Pour small amount of solution on the stain. Scrub vigorously for 30 seconds with a sti nylon bristle brush. Rinse immediately. Repeat the process 2-3 times if necessary.
Part 2 Mixture for the cleaning of the entire surface of the deck.
Combine: 1 cup cleaner 5 gallons water (is should clean approximately 100 sq feet per gallon.) Instructions: Wet the deck thoroughly with water and then pour small amounts of the solution over the deck. Use a large Nylon Bristle Broom to scrub the solution over the deck ensuring to scrub the entire deck. Make sure to keep the entire surface wet at all times. Aer scrubbing, rinse the deck with water from a garden hose. is process may need to be repeated at least 1-2 more times. Note: If any of the solution should run or splash onto the already scrubbed area be sure to scrub and rinse again. Failure to do this will leave a residue (white lm).
